How to Cancel Vecteezy Subscription
Open the Vecteezy subscription controls to cancel Pro renewal, choosing cancellation rather than a temporary pause.

Before you cancel
Match the signed-in account to the Pro receipt and save the renewal date. Keep copies of assets and licence records you need.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Vecteezy
Purchased directly from Vecteezy
- Open your profile menu and Settings.
- Choose Plans and Billing, then Edit in the payment-information area.
- Locate your current subscription.
- Open the three-dot menu beside the plan-change control and choose cancellation. Complete the displayed confirmation.
- Save the resulting renewal status and effective date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Check the account’s final confirmation for when the change takes effect and which benefits remain.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Is a pause the same as cancellation?
No. The subscription menu offers both; select cancellation if you want renewal stopped.
