How to cancel Creative Fabrica
Purchased directly from Creative Fabrica
- Open My Account and Subscriptions.
- Choose Manage my subscription, then the option to end it.
- Answer the prompts and continue to the confirmation page.
- Select End Subscription and save the confirmation.
- Check the billing schedule for Cancellation Requested and the scheduled expiry.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The subscription expires on its former renewal date. Creative Fabrica warns that further downloading or selecting Undo Cancellation can reactivate it.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

What if my plan says Activating?
Contact Creative Fabrica support to cancel an activating subscription.
Does Cancellation Requested mean the process failed?
The billing guide uses that status for a plan scheduled to expire without renewing.
