How to cancel Creative Market
Purchased directly from Creative Market
- Sign in and open Membership Account Settings.
- Select Cancel membership.
- Confirm that you want to continue with cancellation.
- Save the displayed expiration date and check that another renewal is not scheduled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The annual-membership guidance says unused credits cannot be kept beyond the final billing cycle, measured in UTC.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I save annual membership credits indefinitely?
No. The provider gives an expiry date after cancellation; use that date when planning eligible purchases.
Does a cheaper paid plan stop billing?
No. A paid downgrade still renews. Use membership cancellation if you want no new term.
