How to cancel Pixlr
Purchased directly from Pixlr
- Sign in to Pixlr with the account used for purchase.
- Open the Subscriptions page from your account.
- Select cancellation and complete confirmation.
- Save the end date and verify the resulting credit information.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
