Read the plan term and any early-cancellation charge. Check packs separately for automatic refill.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

- Open your account’s Plans page and select Cancel plan for the intended subscription.
- For a prepaid annual or month-to-month plan, complete the cancellation prompts.
- For an annual plan paid monthly, choose term-end cancellation or review the early-exit offer before accepting it.
- Save the effective date, remaining payments, and any fee shown.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Term-end cancellation of an annual monthly-billed plan does not stop its remaining instalments. Shutterstock describes an early-exit fee of half the remaining commitment, with a corresponding limited access period.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does cancelling one plan stop pack refills?
No. Each pack has its own auto-refill switch on the Plans page.
Can I undo a monthly-plan cancellation?
The provider allows reactivation before that plan expires.
