Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel LANDR
Purchased directly from LANDR
- Sign in to LANDR and open account settings.
- Go to Plans & credits and identify the paid plan.
- Select Manage, then Cancel plan.
- Confirm and save the resulting plan status and expiry date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The cancellation help page says access continues for the paid period. A discounted subscription price is lost after cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
LANDRβs cancellation help page states that fees are non-refundable and partially used periods do not receive credits.
Common questions
Does canceling a plan delete my LANDR account?
No. Account deletion is a separate process. If you distribute music through LANDR, review your releases and outstanding earnings before requesting deletion.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
