How to Cancel LES MILLS+ Subscription

Cancel a direct LES MILLS+ plan from My Account. A club, reseller or app store must cancel the subscription it bills.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel LES MILLS+

Purchased directly from LES MILLS+

  1. Sign in on the LES MILLS+ website.
  2. Open the profile menu and My Account.
  3. Under Subscription Details, choose Cancel Subscription.
  4. Answer the required questions and select the final Cancel Subscription button; save the confirmation screen.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select LES MILLS+, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select LES MILLS+, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Workouts remain accessible for the rest of the prepaid period. The confirmation screen or My Account shows the expiration date.

Cancellation and refunds

LES MILLS+ states that purchased subscriptions are not refunded through ordinary cancellation. Stop renewal before the next billing date and check the terms attached to your purchase.

Common questions

Why is there no cancellation option in My Account?

The provider says this can indicate partner or app-store billing. Check Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or the club named on the receipt and cancel with that provider.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
