How to Cancel Asana Rebel Subscription

Stop Asana Rebel renewal through the original store or, for a website purchase, through the provider’s support channel.

Before you cancel

Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Asana Rebel

Purchased directly from Asana Rebel

  1. For a website purchase, identify the subscription and its current term from your receipt.
  2. Use Customer Support linked in the official terms to send a cancellation request.
  3. Specify that you want to stop the subscription’s renewal, rather than erase the user account.
  4. Ask for the effective end date and retain written confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Asana Rebel, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Asana Rebel, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Ordinary subscription cancellation takes effect at the applicable term end. The user account and other subscriptions continue separately; check the agreement for country-specific term rules.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Is deleting my user account the same action?

No. The terms warn that account cancellation may erase workout data and remove access. Use subscription cancellation when the intended result is ending paid renewal.

What should I keep after canceling?

Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
