How to Cancel FitXR Subscription

FitXR memberships are managed by Meta Quest, Google Play or Pico. Use the platform where the subscription was purchased.

Before you cancel

Check the device platform and the billing account on your receipt. The provider asks users to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel FitXR

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select FitXR, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Billed by Meta Quest

  1. Sign in on the Meta website with the account linked to FitXR.
  2. Open your profile picture and Subscriptions.
  3. Find FitXR, choose Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Billed by Pico

  1. Open the Pico Store and sign in.
  2. Under account settings, open Subscriptions.
  3. Select FitXR, choose Cancel Subscription and finish confirmation.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Access continues through the current paid period. Ending renewal does not automatically issue a refund.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Where do I cancel a Quest purchase?

Use the Meta account connected to the FitXR subscription, rather than looking for a direct FitXR website billing plan.

Can I keep using the workouts after cancellation?

The official guide says access continues until the current billing period ends. Record that date from the platform confirmation.
