Before you cancel
Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Linktree
Purchased directly from Linktree
- In Linktree Admin, open your profile picture menu and choose Billing.
- Under Plans, locate the profile you want to change and select Manage.
- Choose Cancel Plan and confirm. For a purchase upgraded through the app, follow the app-specific instructions linked in Linktree's guide.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid features remain until the billing period ends, then the profile returns to Free.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does canceling one Linktree profile stop every plan?
The cancellation flow selects a specific profile. Review other paid profiles separately if you manage more than one.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
