How to cancel Stan Store
Purchased directly from Stan Store
- Sign in to Stan Store and open Settings in the lower-left menu.
- Select Billing, then Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the remaining prompts and keep confirmation of the billing-cycle end date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Account access continues through the current billing cycle. The provider says store information is retained for reactivation when you cancel rather than delete.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I pause the Stan Store subscription?
Stan says it does not currently offer pausing. Canceling and later reactivating is different from permanent account deletion.
How do I confirm cancellation?
Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
