How to Cancel Photoroom Subscription

Cancel Photoroom in the paid Space’s Billing settings, or through Apple or Google. Match the Space and the purchase platform first.

Before you cancel

Identify which Space holds the paid plan and whether Stripe, Apple, or Google collected the payment.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Photoroom

Purchased directly from Photoroom

  1. Sign in at app.photoroom.com and select the Space with the subscription.
  2. Open the Space menu, then Profile and Billing, or Manage Space and Billing.
  3. Select the active subscription and Manage your subscription to open Stripe.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription, confirm, and return to Billing to verify the canceled status.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Photoroom, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Photoroom, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the displayed end date for your plan.
  • Photoroom says a canceled trial remains available through its scheduled end.
  • Resubscribing later can use the price offered at that later date.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I cancel from a different Space?

Select the Space that actually owns the subscription; billing is attached to that Space.

Who handles Apple-billed payments?

Apple manages the App Store order, cancellation, and refund review.
