How to Cancel Remini Subscription

Cancel a Remini mobile subscription with its original biller. Legacy purchases from yourplan.remini.ai have a separate in-app cancellation route.

Before you cancel

Check the receipt carefully: an Apple or Google purchase and an older yourplan.remini.ai purchase are managed differently.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Remini

Purchased directly from Remini

  1. For a legacy yourplan.remini.ai purchase, open the Remini app.
  2. Go to Settings, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
  3. Finish confirmation and check the recorded end date.
  4. If the purchase was for a different Remini web product, use the management link in that product’s receipt or contact Remini support.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Remini, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Remini, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • The legacy direct-plan guidance says benefits continue through the current billing period.
  • Legacy yourplan.remini.ai subscriptions do not appear in Apple or Google subscription lists.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Check whether you bought through yourplan.remini.ai or another direct web checkout.

Where can I get help with the legacy web plan?

Use Settings, then Contact Support in Remini, or the support link in its renewal email.
