How to Cancel VSCO Subscription

Cancel VSCO with the original biller. Eligible VSCO One purchases have a separate refund option that ends access immediately.

Before you cancel

Check the plan and receipt. Apple and Google may process trial conversion up to 24 hours before the paid period.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel VSCO

Purchased directly from VSCO

  1. Sign in on VSCO.co and open Account, then Subscription.
  2. Choose Manage Billing. If an eligible VSCO One purchase instead shows Request Refund, read its immediate-access consequences before choosing it.
  3. For the billing portal, enter the registered email and follow the Stripe link sent to you.
  4. Complete cancellation in the portal and save confirmation.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select VSCO, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select VSCO, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Check the final access date in your confirmation.
  • Deleting the VSCO app does not cancel a membership or trial.

Cancellation and refunds

Eligible VSCO One purchases have a one-time 30-day cancellation window. Starting the Film Presets download ends that window. Request Refund cancels access immediately; turning off future renewal is a different action. Store purchases follow their store refund process.
