Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel PicMonkey
Purchased directly from PicMonkey
- Sign in to the PicMonkey account used for the purchase.
- Open Manage Your Account and Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Complete confirmation and keep the effective date and resulting plan status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The publisher warns that canceling on the renewal date can be too late to prevent that payment. Check the confirmed end date rather than assuming the current charge was reversed.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does not using PicMonkey during a trial stop payment?
No. The published FAQ says inactivity does not prevent billing. Explicitly cancel the trial or subscription before its next renewal.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
