How to Cancel Topaz Subscription
Topaz documents self-service cancellation for month-to-month and annual paid-upfront subscriptions. Annual plans billed monthly use different terms.

Before you cancel
Check whether the receipt says month-to-month, annual paid upfront or Annual Billed Monthly. Save important exports and identify the exact Studio subscription.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Topaz
Purchased directly from Topaz
- Sign in and open the Studio Account Page.
- Under Subscriptions, locate the plan and select Manage.
- Choose Cancel Subscription, then Cancel anyway.
- Select a reason, continue and click Done at the confirmation.
- Verify the subscription now shows Cancelled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- For the documented eligible plans, access lasts through the current billing period. A canceled plan cannot be resumed; returning requires a new purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can I use this flow for Annual Billed Monthly?
No. Topaz explicitly excludes that commitment from this cancellation flow. Ask Topaz billing support to explain its renewal and remaining-payment terms before assuming installments have stopped.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
