How to Cancel Recraft Subscription
Cancel the Recraft plan from Manage subscription. Subscription credits and prepaid API Units are separate purchases.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Recraft
Purchased directly from Recraft
- Sign in and open your profile in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Manage subscription.
- Select Cancel plan and confirm.
- Save the effective end date and download any needed billing records.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains active through the current billing period. Images created during the paid subscription remain private and retain the ownership and commercial rights described by Recraft.
Cancellation and refunds
Recraft may consider a recent subscription payment under its 30-day and usage conditions. Cancellation alone does not request this review. Prepaid API Units have separate terms.
Common questions
Should I delete my account before asking for a refund?
No. Recraft says it cannot evaluate a refund once account records have been deleted. Ask support first; eligible refunds are discretionary and depend on payment date and usage.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
