Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel PureVPN
Purchased directly from PureVPN
- Sign in to the PureVPN Member Area used for the purchase.
- Open Subscriptions and expand the subscription you want to stop.
- Choose Cancel Subscription, provide the requested reason and continue through the cancellation prompts.
- Reopen the subscription to check that recurring payment is disabled.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Record the access expiry date shown for your plan. Disabling recurring payment is not an automatic refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
