Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel Smartcat
Purchased directly from Smartcat
- Check the order form and renewal date.
- Send a cancellation request to support@smartcat.ai or your assigned account representative.
- Give at least 30 calendar days of notice before renewal unless the Order Form sets another deadline.
- Keep the renewal team’s confirmation of the effective term end.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues through the current term. A late request may apply to the following renewal instead of the upcoming one.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
