Before you cancel
Record the current term end. TrainerRoad does not let you pause a plan and bank unused time.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel TrainerRoad
Purchased directly from TrainerRoad
- Sign in at TrainerRoad.com and open Account.
- Choose Membership in the account navigation.
- Select Cancel Subscription and finish the prompts.
- Save the paid-access end date and cancellation status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access lasts through the paid month or year. Training history, plans, and FTP records remain saved.
Cancellation and refunds
Annual cancellation does not normally produce a partial refund for unused time. Review TrainerRoad’s refund policy with support for any purchase-specific exception.
Common questions
Can I save unused annual months for later?
No. Cancellation stops renewal but does not bank or pause the remaining term.
Does deleting the account have the same effect?
No. Deletion permanently removes data; subscription cancellation preserves training history.
