How to Cancel UXPin Subscription
Only the UXPin Account Owner can cancel the subscription. Export work and allow for the notice period in your agreement.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel UXPin
Purchased directly from UXPin
- Open the settings icon on the Dashboard.
- Choose Your profile, then Billing.
- Select Cancel your subscription under the plan details.
- Complete the confirmation steps and save the effective date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- UXPin’s standard terms require cancellation at least two days before term end. They warn that project data may be permanently removed after termination; export before canceling.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
What happens to a monthly AI-credit add-on?
UXPin documents separate add-on billing. Canceling the main plan also cancels that add-on on its first-of-next-month schedule, so verify both dates.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
