Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Wyze
Purchased directly from Wyze
- Sign in to the Wyze website and open the account’s Plans page.
- Choose Manage Plan beside the subscription.
- Under Change plan, select Cancel plan and confirm Yes, cancel for the selected plan.
- For an in-app purchase, open Wyze Account, Services, select the plan, then Manage and Cancel subscription; finish all cancellation prompts.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The plan remains active until its paid period ends and does not renew. Repeat for other subscriptions if they also need to stop.
Cancellation and refunds
Wyze describes subscriptions as nonrefundable and does not issue prorated refunds for unused time through cancellation.
Common questions
Will unused time be refunded?
Wyze’s cancellation article says unused subscription time is not prorated or refunded. Cancellation ends future renewal rather than reversing the existing period.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
