How to Cancel ZINIO Subscription
Disable automatic renewal for the selected ZINIO magazine on the website. Delivery of prepaid issues and a new renewal charge are different things.

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel ZINIO
Purchased directly from ZINIO
- Sign in on the ZINIO website and open your user profile.
- Go to Settings and Subscriptions, also described as Subscriptions and Payments.
- Find the magazine and select Manage.
- Choose Disable auto-renew and verify its updated renewal status.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Review both Active and Pending subscriptions. A previously purchased pending term may activate after the active term finishes even when new automatic renewal is off.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Why is a magazine absent from my ZINIO subscription list?
The account guide says only direct ZINIO purchases appear there. Contact the publisher or other seller if it bills a subscription delivered through ZINIO.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
