How to cancel Zoho Sites
Cancel Zoho Sites
- Open the Profile icon, then Subscriptions.
- Select the intended site and its subscribed plan, then Manage Subscription.
- Choose Downgrade to Free Plan and complete the confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The site is unpublished immediately. Builder progress remains accessible for up to sixty days, but publishing is unavailable; longer inactivity starts the deletion process with notice.
Cancellation and refunds
The downgrade article does not guarantee repayment of prepaid hosting. Ask billing about the selected site's invoice if a refund is needed.
Common questions
Will my Zoho Sites website stay live after cancelling?
No. The documented Free downgrade immediately unpublishes it even though builder progress temporarily remains editable.
