How to cancel Zoho Books

- Open Settings, Organisation, Manage Subscription.
- Choose Change Plan or Upgrade Plan to open Zoho Store, then Change Plan under Manage Subscription.
- Under Free Plan choose Downgrade; select immediate or end-of-cycle cancellation and Confirm Downgrade.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
