Download webinar registration data and analytics you need outside the account.

How to cancel Zoho Meeting
Cancel Zoho Meeting
- Open Settings, Subscription, Manage, then Change plan.
- Select Cancel Meeting Subscription at the bottom and provide the downgrade reason.
- Keep the period-end checkbox selected to retain current access, or clear it for an immediate downgrade, then finish confirmation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Webinar registration data and analytics remain available for fourteen days after the move to Free.
