How to Cancel Zoho Forms Subscription

Downgrade Zoho Forms through its payment page or cancel with the app store that billed you.

Export form entries and attachments and review Free-plan capacity before reducing the plan.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Zoho Forms

  1. For direct billing, click Subscription in the account's top-right corner.
  2. Choose Change Plan, then Downgrade under the required lower or Free plan and confirm.
  3. For Google Play or Apple purchases, cancel Zoho Forms in the purchasing store's subscription settings.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Zoho Forms, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Zoho Forms, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

  • Verify the resulting plan and expiry with the billing provider before expecting form limits to change.

Cancellation and refunds

A store purchase and a direct Zoho payment follow their own billing review routes; the downgrade FAQ does not promise refunds for either.

Common questions

What if Apple shows an expiry date instead of Cancel Subscription for Zoho Forms?

The guide says a missing cancellation button with an expiration message can mean the subscription has already been cancelled.
