- Select the correct portal, open your Profile and choose Subscription.
- Click Change Plan, then Downgrade under Free.
- Provide a reason and Confirm Downgrade; use the period-end checkbox if you want cancellation after the current cycle.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The confirmation identifies the plan change; check live surveys against Free limits before collecting further responses.
Cancellation and refunds
The billing guide does not guarantee a cash return of unused response capacity. Provide the portal's receipt for a separate payment review.
