- Find the receipt and inspect Membership Info to determine who manages the recurring payment.
- Use that provider's cancellation controls and continue through all confirmation screens.
- Save the end date and confirmation before removing the app or changing account access.
Check the result
If you already uninstalled the app, manage the subscription from the seller's account page or app-store settings. Do not record a failed payment or a removed app as evidence that renewal is off.
