Why this happens
Notion documents mobile-store management for eligible subscriptions. A workspace can still be used on the web after the purchase, so the current browsing device does not identify the seller. Match the store receipt and the workspace before trying to stop a renewal.
What to do
- Find the receipt and determine whether Apple, Google Play or Notion directly sold the paid subscription.
- For a store purchase, open subscriptions in the purchasing store account and locate the matching Notion plan.
- Complete cancellation, record the store's expiry date and compare it with the workspace's plan details.
Check the result
If the item is absent, check the purchasing store login before changing another workspace's plan. A direct-web downgrade confirmation cannot be assumed to control an unrelated store purchase.
