Why this happens
If a charge remains after cancellation, compare the product on the receipt with the membership you actually canceled. YouTube and Google accounts can contain several paid products. A successful cancellation of one does not mean the rest were included, even when they use the same payment method.
What to do
- Read the latest receipt for the product name, amount and account, then open Paid memberships.
- Locate the matching Premium or channel entry and inspect its own billing provider and renewal status.
- Cancel only the intended recurring item through its matching management flow and keep a separate confirmation for each item you stop.
Check the result
Create a short list of the remaining paid products and their dates. This avoids mistaking another legitimate subscription for a failed Premium cancellation or canceling a creator membership unintentionally.
