How to Cancel ActiveCampaign Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel ActiveCampaign
Purchased directly from ActiveCampaign
- Open the profile menu and Billing & Upgrade.
- Select Edit payment method.
- In the modal, choose Cancel my account.
- Complete each screen and select Confirm cancellation on the final page.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Commit Annually, Pay Monthly plans require Customer Experience assistance and end at the annual term boundary. Resold accounts must be handled by the service provider.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Can pausing or reducing contacts cancel the plan?
No. Those are different billing changes. Complete the cancellation flow or obtain confirmation from the team managing your contract.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
