Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Dubsado
Purchased directly from Dubsado
- As workspace owner, open Settings, then Billing.
- Under Plans, locate the intended workspace.
- Choose Manage, then Cancel plan.
- Review the date and select Yes, cancel subscription.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- An active workspace normally lasts through the billing cycle; a paused subscription can cancel immediately. Canceling the primary workspace also cancels additional workspace and team subscriptions.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Contact Customer Care before canceling the primary workspace so they can discuss reassignment. Save needed records before access and integrations change.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
