Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel ClickFunnels
Purchased directly from ClickFunnels
- Export needed content and resolve Payments AI access and funds first.
- Open Workspace Settings, then Billing; in the customer center, find the plan under Subscriptions.
- Use its three-dot menu, Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Continue through the reason screens, Cancel My Account, and the final content-deletion confirmation; submit the final survey to complete cancellation.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- This flow can deactivate funnels and remove content. Customer subscription purchases can continue charging unless separately canceled before closing ClickFunnels.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Does the first Cancel Subscription click finish it?
No. The official guide explicitly requires the remaining confirmation steps; retain the final canceled state.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
