How to Cancel Akiflow Subscription
Cancel Akiflow in account billing and complete the whole flow. Leaving before the final confirmation keeps the subscription active.

Before you cancel
Use the original login method. If you need an export of tasks created in Akiflow, its guide directs you to support rather than a self-service export.

How to cancel Akiflow
Purchased directly from Akiflow
- Open Settings, then Account, Manage Account, and Billing.
- Select Cancel subscription below the plan information and finish every prompt.
- Open Manage on the current plan to verify the result and keep the confirmation email.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Monthly and annual plans retain access through their already paid billing period.
- Account deletion removes data and cannot be used as a reversible alternative to cancellation.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Can I pause instead?
Akiflow’s account guide says pausing is unavailable; cancellation is the offered option.
Why does login reject the same email?
The original sign-in method remains tied to the account; use the same Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email method.
