How to cancel Amazing Marvin

Purchased directly from Amazing Marvin

  1. Open the main menu and Your account.
  2. Choose Plan & Subscription and scroll to Cancel Subscription.
  3. Provide feedback and Confirm Cancellation.
  4. Keep the period end date.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Amazing Marvin, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Amazing Marvin, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Access continues through the paid period and data is retained. A lifetime plan has no recurring subscription to cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Marvin’s Plan & Subscription page indicates an Apple or Google purchase. Use that store’s controls when shown, rather than direct website cancellation.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
