How to Cancel Audiomack+ Subscription

Audiomack+ has website, app-store and some mobile-carrier billing routes. Start with the seller on your receipt.

Before you cancel

Check the purchase email, billing provider, renewal date and account owner. Save any files or records you need before changing the plan.

How to cancel Audiomack+

Purchased directly from Audiomack+

  1. For a web purchase, open your avatar menu and select Manage Subscription.
  2. Choose Manage My Subscription, then Manage beside Audiomack.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm again to complete the process.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Audiomack+, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Audiomack+, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Keep the billing provider's confirmation and paid-access end date. A carrier purchase must be stopped through the relevant carrier route.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

What if MTN Nigeria bills my plan?

Audiomack's guide lists SMS cancellation: send Stop APD for daily, Stop APW for weekly or Stop APM for monthly to 3134. Wait for the cancellation SMS; these codes are specific to MTN Nigeria.

How do I confirm cancellation?

Save the final canceled status or scheduled end date, together with the confirmation email. A request awaiting a reply is not a completed cancellation. Compare any later charge with that record and the original receipt.
