How to Cancel Axure RP Subscription

Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Axure RP
Purchased directly from Axure RP
- Sign in to the Axure License Portal with the subscription owner account.
- Select the checkbox beside the subscription, or the product-edition header to select a whole group.
- Choose Cancel from the action menu above the subscriptions.
- Complete the dialog and check the status and term end date for each selected license.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The selected licenses stay usable through the current billing term and do not renew afterward.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does transferring a subscription stop my payment responsibility immediately?
No. Axure says the original owner remains responsible until the recipient accepts the transfer. Use cancellation if your intention is to stop renewal rather than change ownership.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
