How to Cancel Bear Pro Subscription

Turn off Bear Pro renewal through Apple. One purchase covers devices using the same Apple Account.

Before you cancel

Check the Valid until date in Bear Pro preferences and allow time before Apple processes renewal. Export important notes while Pro export formats are available.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Bear Pro

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Bear Pro, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Record the expiration date in Apple’s subscription details.
  • Pro features include iCloud sync, encrypted notes, and advanced export formats; review how your workflow will work without them.

Cancellation and refunds

Apple processes Bear Pro transactions and handles refund requests. Bear cannot reverse an App Store charge itself.
