Before you cancel
Save needed presentations and check whether you are managing a trial, individual plan, or team.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Beautiful.ai
Purchased directly from Beautiful.ai
- Sign in on the Beautiful.ai website using a computer.
- Open your profile and Manage Account.
- Choose Billing, then Manage Plan.
- Select cancellation for the active trial or paid plan and finish confirmation.
- Save the scheduled downgrade date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Paid access remains available through the billing cycle; the subscription is scheduled to downgrade afterward.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
