Before you cancel
Export any visuals in paid formats you need before your plan expires. Select the correct account or Teamspace.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Napkin AI
Purchased directly from Napkin AI
- Sign in at app.napkin.ai and open your profile.
- Choose Account settings, or Teamspace settings for a team.
- Under Subscription, select Manage to open the payment portal.
- Choose cancellation, complete confirmation, and save its effective date.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. Existing visuals remain viewable and downloadable, but paid export and design capabilities no longer apply.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Will my visuals disappear?
Napkin says existing created content remains available after cancellation.
Will every export option still work?
No. Premium options such as PPT/SVG export and watermark removal depend on a paid plan.
