How to Cancel Gamma Subscription
Cancel Gamma in the paid workspace’s Billing settings. The billing administrator controls cancellation, so first select the right workspace.

Before you cancel
Check your renewal notice early: Gamma’s current help page describes a 30-day cancellation notice requirement. Review the conditions shown for your plan.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Gamma
Purchased directly from Gamma
- Open Settings in the left sidebar and verify the workspace name and paid plan.
- Open Billing, scroll to the bottom, and choose Cancel subscription.
- Complete confirmation. If the option is disabled, ask the workspace’s billing administrator to cancel.
- Save the effective end date. If your workspace says Free, check other workspaces and sign-in emails.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Gamma says the subscription remains active through the current billing period.
- Changing one workspace does not establish the billing status of another workspace.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Why is Billing missing?
You may have selected a Free workspace. Check the workspace switcher and your other sign-in email addresses.
Can an ordinary workspace member cancel?
A disabled control can indicate that the billing administrator must perform the action.
