Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.

How to cancel BlazeTV+
Purchased directly from BlazeTV+
- Find the signup email and your latest BlazeTV+ receipt.
- Call 800-282-2788 or email support@blazemedia.com.
- State that you want the recurring BlazeTV+ subscription canceled and identify the plan.
- Request a completed cancellation response with the effective date and any remaining paid access.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- The listed phone hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, excluding holidays. Keep the support reply rather than only your outgoing request.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
