Before you cancel
Check the email on your receipt, the plan you purchased, and the next billing or order date. Sign in to that account before making changes.
Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.
How to cancel Newsmax+
Purchased directly from Newsmax+
- Visit NewsmaxPlus.com and sign in.
- Open My Account in the upper-right corner.
- Under Current Plan, select Manage.
- Choose Unsubscribe, finish the action and keep the cancellation receipt.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Access continues for the purchased period. The help center says another full period is charged if you do not cancel before its installment is due.
Cancellation and refunds
Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.
Common questions
Does continued viewing mean cancellation failed?
Not necessarily. Newsmax+ allows access through the paid period after cancellation. Use the cancellation receipt and renewal status, rather than video playback alone, to check the result.
What should I keep after canceling?
Save the final confirmation, the effective date and any remaining order or term details. If another charge appears, compare it with this record and ask the provider to explain it.
