How to Cancel Centr Subscription

Cancel Centr through the platform where you subscribed and verify an expiry date rather than another renewal.

Before you cancel

Allow at least 24 hours before renewal. Check whether Apple, Google Play, or Centr collected the payment.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Centr

Purchased directly from Centr

  1. For direct billing, sign in at centr.com.
  2. Open Settings and Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
  4. Save the final status and end date; use the official help form if you cannot access the controls.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Centr, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Centr, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid access remains available until the billing period ends.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why can I still open workouts?

Remaining access is normal after cancellation; check the renewal status instead.

Why is Centr missing from my phone’s subscriptions?

It may be billed on the web or under another store account. Match the receipt rather than buying another plan.
