How to Cancel Sweat Subscription

Finish Sweat’s cancellation survey and, for Apple purchases, complete the separate Apple confirmation.

Before you cancel

Use an updated Sweat app and allow at least 24 hours before the next payment.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Sweat

Purchased directly from Sweat

  1. For direct card or PayPal billing, open your Sweat profile.
  2. Scroll down and choose Cancel Subscription.
  3. Answer all cancellation questions, then confirm.
  4. Keep the cancellation email and end date. Alternatively, use the website profile’s My Subscription edit controls.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Sweat, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Sweat, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Paid access continues through the remaining billing cycle. Cancellation alone does not prorate or refund it.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Is the Sweat in-app confirmation enough for an Apple purchase?

No. Finish cancellation in Apple Subscriptions even if Sweat redirects you there.

What if no confirmation email arrives?

Check spam and verify that every survey and final confirmation step was completed.
