How to Cancel Freeletics Subscription

Turn off Freeletics Coach renewal on the purchase platform. Confirm both the expiry date and the cancellation email.

Before you cancel

Check whether the Coach plan was bought on the website or in an app store. Choose the same platform for cancellation.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Freeletics

Purchased directly from Freeletics

  1. Sign in on the Freeletics website and open the Plan tab in your profile.
  2. Select the subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.
  3. Check that the plan now shows an expiry date and an Extend Subscription option.
  4. Find the confirmation email, including your spam folder. Contact support if it does not arrive.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Freeletics, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Freeletics, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Coach access continues for the remainder of the paid period.
  • Recurring payments stop after successful cancellation.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

No. Freeletics says a subscription must be managed on its purchase platform.
