How to Cancel MadMuscles Subscription

Stop MadMuscles renewal using the original purchase channel. If your account has two subscriptions, cancel each one separately.

Before you cancel

MadMuscles asks for cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal. Match the checkout email and check every active subscription.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel MadMuscles

Purchased directly from MadMuscles

  1. On the MadMuscles website, open My account, then My subscription, or Support, then Cancel subscription.
  2. Enter the purchase email and sign in.
  3. Choose Cancel renewal, select a reason, and complete confirmation.
  4. Check for the canceled status and repeat for any second plan you want to stop.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select MadMuscles, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select MadMuscles, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Subscription features remain available for the rest of the paid period.
  • Stopping one subscription does not stop a second subscription on the same account.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Common questions

Why is the cancel control not visible yet?

The help center says new subscription information may take up to 24 hours to update. Contact support if this threatens your cancellation deadline.

Is one cancellation enough for two plans?

No. Each active subscription has its own cancellation control.
