How to Cancel Fitbod Subscription

Use Fitbod’s website for a direct purchase, or Apple or Google for a store subscription. A scheduled pause is different from cancellation.

Before you cancel

Check the receipt issuer and your current plan. If a pause has been offered, review when it will automatically resume.

Match the account email, plan and billing provider to your latest receipt. Choose the route below that matches that purchase.

How to cancel Fitbod

Purchased directly from Fitbod

  1. Sign in at app.fitbod.me using the paid account.
  2. Find Your Plan and select Cancel.
  3. Complete the confirmation and record the plan’s end date.
  4. If Cancel is missing, contact support@fitbod.me with your account email and full name.

Billed by Apple

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Fitbod, choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, and finish confirmation.
  3. Record the expiry date shown for the Apple Account on your receipt.

A purchase made with Apple Pay on a website is not necessarily an App Store subscription. Match the receipt before choosing this route.

Billed by Google Play

  1. Open Google Play with the Google account used for payment. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Select Fitbod, choose Cancel subscription, and complete the remaining prompts.
  3. Reopen the subscription and save its resulting status and end date.

If the subscription is missing, check other Google accounts and the purchase receipt. Installing an Android app does not establish who bills it.

Make sure renewal has stopped

Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.

If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.

What happens after cancellation?

  • Use the cancellation confirmation to verify the final paid-access date.
  • A pause can resume automatically; cancel renewal if you do not want future recurring billing.

Cancellation and refunds

Stopping renewal does not automatically reverse an earlier charge. If you want a payment reviewed, contact the billing provider using the receipt and cancellation confirmation. Ask which refund terms apply to that purchase.

Why is Fitbod missing in Apple subscriptions?

The purchase may have been made on Fitbod’s website, or the Apple subscription may already have ended.

What should I send for a direct-payment refund request?

Fitbod asks for your account email, full name, and a receipt screenshot through its support channel.
