- Open the user menu, My subscription, Subscription and onboarding details.
- Select Request cancellation and complete its instructions.
- Respond to Cin7's confirmation contact and obtain the final access and billing dates.
Make sure renewal has stopped
Return to billing after the last confirmation screen. Save the canceled status or scheduled end date, plus any confirmation email. A support request awaiting a reply is not the same as a completed cancellation.
If another charge appears, compare its payment date, account and plan with that record. Contact the billing provider with the relevant receipt and confirmation.
What happens after cancellation?
- Monthly requests within ten days of renewal end that period; later requests end the next period, which is billed. Six weeks of read-only export access follow closure.
Cancellation and refunds
The guide excludes refunds for the remaining current period and continues daily access fees until the subscription ends.
